We adhere to a structured process regarding orders and refunds:
1. **Order Confirmation:**
Upon placing an order, customers receive a confirmation email from Tulienterprise. This is followed by another email, typically within 24 hours, confirming that the order is being processed and will be dispatched soon. If there are any payment issues, our team will inform the customer via email.
2. **Shipping Confirmation:**
Confirmed orders are generally dispatched on the same day they are placed. Once shipping is processed, customers will receive an email containing the tracking number, shipping details, and estimated delivery timeline. This email also provides a "connect with us" option for manual tracking assistance via phone. Customers may choose to have their orders shipped to either home or work addresses. We also offer registered airmail, which is a bit pricier but more secure, requiring the recipient's signature upon delivery. If the recipient is unavailable, a notice will be sent regarding the delivery attempt, allowing them to retrieve their package from the post office, which will hold it for approximately four weeks before attempting to return it.
3. **APO Addresses and PO Boxes:**
Deliveries can be made to APO addresses and PO Boxes, provided this option is available in the delivery methods offered by Tulienterprise. Customers can set these addresses as their primary delivery options.
4. **Customs:**
Tulienterprise operates offshore in India, and all orders are classified as imported goods. Therefore, packages may experience customs delays, ranging from a few days to up to three weeks in extreme situations.
5. **Delivery Times:**
Orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placement. The actual delivery time depends on the courier service. If customs holds an order, delivery can take about 21 days. Customers should contact us if their order does not arrive within seven days of placement.
6. **Reshipment of Lost Orders:**
Tulienterprise will either reship or refund orders that are lost. Customers should report any delivery delays to customer care within eight weeks from the shipping date. Reshipment or refund requests for lost orders will be processed promptly upon report. Please note that reports submitted after eight weeks will not be accepted.
Conditions for replacing an order with Tulienterprise include:
a) The product delivery exceeds the timeframe of more than seven days as indicated in the shipping details.
b) The shipping date must be accurate.
If an order is placed with an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the replacement costs.
7. **Refund and Return Policy:**
Customers will receive a refund or reshipment for any order that is damaged or not received. This decision typically depends on the customer's preference expressed during a call. Before requesting a refund, customers must wait a minimum of 30 days from the date of the order. For any inquiries about the order or products, Tulienterprise provides telephone support. The refund policy applies to all customers as long as the returned product is resalable. The sole requirement is that the item must remain sealed, unused, unopened, and within its expiry date.
