Cancellation Policy

Customers may decide to cancel their orders for various reasons, and we are committed to being as accommodating as possible. The following conditions will activate our cancellation policy:  

 

- Our cancellation policy will apply if the ordered product has limited availability, in order to avoid any inconvenience to customers.  

 

- Should a customer experience an issue with a product, our support team is readily available to assist and provide an acceptable resolution.  

 

- If the ordered item is out of stock, Tulienterprise will promptly cancel the order.  

 

- Prepayment is required for online orders, and any payment discrepancies will lead to automatic cancellation.  

 

- Customers retain the right to cancel their orders at any time, as long as they provide a valid justification.  

 

- Orders for which a receipt was not generated at the time of payment will also be canceled.  

 

- If a customer is dissatisfied with a product, they may lodge a complaint, prompting our full refund process.
